SOUTH CAROLINA DINNER PARTY

 

Our Southern Dinner Parties are presented on disposable containers for fast and easy clean up, and we provide all the disposable serving utensils you’ll need to dish up a memorable meal to impress your clients, family, and friends.   Additionally, we’ll bring acrylic plates, cutlery, and napkins, with the delivery so all you have to do is add the people. 

 

Price includes delivery and set-up. If you would like to give your party an element of class you can upgrade to silver platters for an additional 20%.

 

Minimum 30 people. Events should be booked at least one week in advance.

 

Servers and bartenders are available.  

 

Sweet Corn Crab Cakes

Lump crabmeat and sweet corn cakes

Served with dill tartar sauce

 

Watercress Crostini

Watercress, orange segments and blue cheese crumbles

Served on garlic crostini

 

Shrimp BLT Bites

Poached shrimp, bacon and heirloom tomatoes

Served on wheat toast points with basil aioli

 

Sweet Tea Chicken

White and dark meat chicken, brined in sweet tea and spices then roasted

 

Charleston Shrimp and Grits

Spiced shrimp and andouille sausage

Served with cheddar cheese grits
