THE CHESAPEAKE BAY
Our Southern Dinner Parties are presented on disposable containers for fast and easy clean up, and we provide all the disposable serving utensils you’ll need to dish up a memorable meal to impress your clients, family, and friends. Additionally, we’ll bring acrylic plates, cutlery, and napkins, with the delivery so all you have to do is add the people.
Price includes delivery and set-up. If you would like to give your party an element of class you can upgrade to silver platters for an additional 20%.
Minimum 30 people. Events should be booked at least one week in advance.
Servers and bartenders are available.
Crab Imperial Tartlets
Lump crabmeat inside puff pastry shells with a creamy sauce

Pimento cheese topped with roasted shrimp
Served on garlic rubbed crostini
Ham Biscuits with Spicy Mustard
Miniature biscuits with salty Virginia ham and spicy grain mustard
Mini Crab Cakes
On a bed of greens with cocktail and tartar sauce
Linguini with Clams
Sautéed in white wine, lemon, garlic and chili flakes
Grilled Pork Medallions
Mustard and herb rubbed pork loin
Served with fresh apple compote
Slow braised with onions, ham hocks, bacon and apple cider vinegar
A blend of crimini, shiitake and button mushrooms
Finished with fresh peas, thyme and sharp cheese
